Jose is a co-founder of Rydge Wealth Management. His primary focus has been serving retirees and tech professionals, using wise financial strategies to help lower their taxes, and protect and grow their wealth. Using a strategic wealth management process, Jose combines his knowledge in tax preparation as an Enrolled Agent (EA) and his financial planning knowledge as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional as well as other key designations to provide interactive advanced financial planning strategies for his clients in the Bay Area.

Jose is becoming a passionate golfer and enjoys exercising, especially CrossFit. He and his wife Jackie both enjoy spending time with their families as well as traveling to new places. They are also proud and dedicated fur parents to Jelly an Australian cattle dog mix rescued from the San Francisco SPCA.

Ryan Duncan Anderson is a co-founder of Rydge Wealth Management. He was born in Denmark, was raised in South Africa, and has visited or lived on almost every continent (except Antarctica). Ryan is truly a product of the global community, with a perspective and outlook to match. Having completed his degree in financial accounting from the University of Stellenbosch outside of Cape Town in 2000, Ryan set out on what would be a four-year worldwide adventure. During his travels, he managed to study for his CFP® certification and was fortunate enough to meet a beautiful young lady from Pleasanton, whom he later married, and now they and their two children are happy to call the Bay Area their home. Ryan has been in the financial planning industry since 2005.

In addition to his work as a financial planner, Ryan is also currently a Danville Oaks Rugby Club board member.

Client Service Manager

Irene provides the company with support for client service-related activities including scheduling, account maintenance, and meeting preparation.

Irene is a native of the United Kingdom. She was formerly an executive secretary to the chairman of Owen Owen and TJ Hughes stores in Liverpool. Later, she was recruited as an associate director of Style Magazine and Accolade Publications in London. Irene came to the U.S. in 1980 and opened her own company, Pepping Cabinets, which serviced the Bay Area for about 30 years. She began to work at our office in 2010 and organizes and coordinates the office, appointments, client portal folders, and both physical and digital files. In 2014, Irene became a U.S. citizen. She was married in 2008 and loves spending time with her family and her pets.

Client Service Specialist

Grace brings many years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on client service, reconciliation, and portfolio accounting. She has worked with individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations, including endowments and foundations. Grace assists Ryan and Jose’s clients with onboarding, account management, and ongoing client service.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Grace has also lived in Guam and Hawaii. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing and gardening. She has received Blue Ribbons and Best in Show honors for her sewing at the Alameda County Fair. After an abundant tomato harvest this year, Grace tried her hand at canning and dehydrating them, adding another creative pursuit to her list of hobbies.
